The new Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview hit our handsets last week, delivering a bunch of goodies, but in a package which was much more unstable than the first W10M Technical Preview.
We did our bit and warned casual users not to upgrade, but I suspect far too many did not heed the warning, including Brian who sent us this screed:

thats the dumbest thing you have come up with so far. its ashame you would allow people to download such a crappy os and make it even harder to restore the phone let alone make calls.

Now given the warnings I dont think Brian has anyone but himself to blame, but I wonder how many of our readers are in the same boat.
