The Windows Phone Store has been growing pretty well recently. However, several companies have removed their apps from the Windows Phone Store recently as well. Now, News Republic – one of the best new reader app for Windows Phone is also removing its app from the Windows Phone Store. But, unlike most of the other companies, News Republic has released an official statement regarding the withdrawal of its Windows Phone app.
News Republic stated that it is “not sustainable” for the company to support and maintain the quality of its service for Windows Phone. However, the company does leave some hope – stating that the app might come back when Windows 10 launches. But this is indeed yet another sad news for Windows Phone users.
