Some users have been running into issues trying to upgrade their handsets to the Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview, finding themselves stranded on WP8.1 GDR2, despite their handsets being supported.
It seems the issue was at Microsoft’s back-end, as Gabriel Aul has announced on twitter that Microsoft believes it has fixed the issue.
He wrote:
If you were stuck on GDR2 and not getting the update to W10 offered, try checking for updates now. We believe it is sorted out.
