Microsoft today announced the new Lumia 640 XL Windows Phone device with quad core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 CPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, and 5.7 inch 259 pp 1280×720 HD display. This device is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. It also sports an 13MP autofocus rear camera with a 28mm f/2.2 autofocus lens, LED flash, and a 5MP front cam with a wide angle f/2.4 lens and support for 720p video.
