While the success of Microsoft’s windows phone reference design program is debatable, it certainly has a very wide reach.
The latest OEM to sign up is Nepal’s Colors Mobile, who are launching a slim Windows Phone (likely the 7.2mm 720P HD device) with some support from Microsoft, who are holding local seminars to sell the productivity benefits of Windows Phone.
Teletalk Pvt Ltd will the the only authorized distributor for the handset and will be holding an app seminar in April in support of the device.
The Colors Mobile website can be found here, though the device has not shown up there yet.
