Microsoft researchers working on a smart scarf

Microsoft Research has been working on a handful of cool projects recently. The company revealed an impressive platform, Windows Holographic alongside Windows 10. However, the researchers at Microsoft has been working on a smart scarf that will notify users on various things by vibrating and heating up.
