Prestigio, one of the first new manufacturers to join the Windows Phone platform in a while was at IFA 2014 where they were showing off their new MultiPhone 8400 DUO and MultiPhone 8500 DUO Windows Phones. The pair of smartphones are Prestigio's first Windows Phones, and they aim for a low price for emerging markets.

Adobe's Creative Cloud video apps will soon offer proper support for the high resolution HiDPI displays available on modern Windows laptops like the Dell XPS 15. The apps have been stuck in low-res mode for what seems like an eternity (even if the Retina laptops are really just a few years old at this point), and so soon users of Adobe Premiere Pro CC, After Effects CC, Prelude CC, and the rest of the Adobe video suite will soon be enjoying true Retina quality to their work.

HP will release its budget Windows 8.1 laptop, the HP Stream, on September 24, but the price of the notebook will be $300, not $199 as Microsoft first announced back in July at its Worldwide Partner Conference.
First look at MSN rebranding for Windows Phone apps suggests it is subtle

This morning, Microsoft detailed plans to push their Bing apps, like Weather, Finance, Food, News, to the MSN branding. Microsoft started this process some time ago when they first ditched 'Bing' in the name of those apps, and instead kept them with just their category-generic names.
During the Microsoft #moreLumia event last week, I showed you folks how the Microsoft Weather app and Lumia Denim play nicer together. Specifically, Glance gets what look to be third-party app support, letting other Lock screen apps appear on the Glance screen (see it above on a Lumia 830).
I also dug deeper into the Weather app as it is called 'Weather beta' in the app listing. This section is where I first noticed the 'MSN Weather' name pop up as seen in the About section of the app.

We showed you what's new with Lumia Camera and a closer look at its awesome Rich Capture feature, but there's another feature worth getting excited about. Microsoft is calling it Moment Capture. Basically, a long press of the camera button starts 4K-quality video recording at 24 frames per second. Each frame is equivalent to an 8.3 megapixel image that can be saved. Want to see it in action?
