Did you hear the news? Microsoft bought the mobile division of Nokia. So, it should not be too shocking to see Microsoft Mobile slowly but surely replace 'Nokia' in the Store with the more accurate 'Lumia' tag for those specialized apps we have all come to love.

Today, Storyteller, Panorama, Cinemagraph, and Creative Studio have all gained 'Lumia' in their titles, replacing the outdated Nokia brand. This trend is not new either as over the last few months we have witnessed a few apps get the Lumia re-brand treatment.

CellarTracker, which claims to have the world's largest online collection of wine reviews, has just launched its Windows Phone app, which will allow users to keep track of not only its reviews but also their own wine collections.








 

Masks, a nifty Windows Phone image effects editor

Masks is a new photo editor for Windows Phone from the developers behind the popular Windows Phone photography app Fhotoroom. The app allows you to apply effects filters to specific areas of your photo by using preset masks.

The app includes 26 masks and 23 filters. You can pick up more masks through an in-app purchase.

Keep in mind that Masks is not a full featured photo editor but rather a specialty editor. It may not appeal to everyone but in using Masks over the past few days it comes across as a nice editing tool to have in your Windows Phone photography library.
