One of the biggest fast food franchises, Pizza Hut, has finally released an app for Windows 8.1 PCs and tablets, after launching a Windows Phone app way back in 2011.

Costco is running a special $50 promotion on Microsoft's Xbox One bundle. Unlike the traditional $499 bundle at Microsoft and other retailers that come with Kinect, the Costco bundle packs more in to get you started. For $550, Costco is now selling the Xbox One with controller and Kinect, headphones, a 12-month subscription to Xbox Live Gold, and the Forza 5 racing game.
Spectra's killer 8bit racing game comes to Windows Phone as a universal game

The most excellent Spectra 8bit racing game which we spotted landing on Windows not too long ago just launched on Windows Phone. You'll probably dig this for its simple controls, high speeds, retro neon wireframe graphics, and an absolutely stellar soundtrack from the same gal that did the music for Super Hexagon. You'll be glad to hear 512 MB devices are supported and Spectra is universal, so you can pay once to play on any platform (though the Xbox One version isn't out yet).

This summer European roaming charges will be cut in half

The European Commission has announced that charges to roam within Europe will fall by as much as 50 percent this summer. The EC is imposing yet another limit on mobile operators, further reducing the caps from July 1 to pave the way for removing roaming charges altogether by 2016. Currently, calls within the EU are capped at 24 euro cents per minute but will fall to 19 cents per minute. More importantly (particularly in 2014 and beyond), the fee for using data abroad is falling too.

Microsoft recently teased today's announcement, which turned out to be the X2 – the next-gen Android-Microsoft hybrid. When Microsoft purchased the hardware and services division from Nokia, it was responsible for not only the Lumia line of Windows Phones but also the Nokia X. It's worth noting this launch since Redmond appears to be sticking to the plan to attract consumers through Android hardware.
